Passenger Services

Because the Port of Oristano is purely industrial there are no passenger services. Occasionally cruise ships stopover and passenger services are activated. The AdSP aims to provide adequate infrastructure for all users.

Road Connection

The Port of Oristano – Santa Giusta, is located centrally with regards to Sardinian cities. It is connected to the North via the E25 with the Port of Porto Torres (about 151 km), to the North East via the State Road 131 to the city of Olbia (181km approximately) and towards the South East via the E25 to the city of Cagliari (approximately 93.50 km)

The Port of Oristano – Santa Giusta, falls within the municipal area of ​​Santa Giusta.
The closest intermodal centre is in the municipal area of ​​Oristano, i.e.
ARST Station – Via Cagliari: 5.5 km – estimated walking time 1 hour 7 minutes.
Railway station – Hungary Square: 6.2 km – estimated walking time 1 hour 16 minutes

Passenger Transport Services

Oristano is an accessible city in which it is very easy to get around. It is small enough to be explored comfortably on foot or by bike, and it has an urban bus service.

Railway Station

The railway station is located in Piazza Hungary.
From the centre of Oristano (Piazza Roma) it is possible to reach it:
on foot: 1.30 km – estimated time 16 minutes
by public transport: with line 4 from Piazza Mariano (500m from Piazza Roma, – estimated time on foot 6 minutes) – 13-minute journey every 60 minutes

Airport

Airport All the main Sardinian airports are easily accessible from Oristano:

For trips outside the city you can use both the State Railways service (the station is in Piazza Hungary) and the ARST service (bus stations in Via Copenaghen and Via Cagliari).
